Booking Instructions
STEP 1
Online Booking
To make a booking please complete this online Booking Form.
Note: When you hit the submit button you will be taken to our secure server where you enter your credit card details. You must provide your credit card details in order for us to receive your booking.
Offline Booking
If you would prefer to make your booking offline please download and complete the relevant booking form below:
STEP 2
Receive Email Confirmation
Once we have received your booking form we will then respond via email within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) to confirm your booking.
STEP 3
Complete your Booking with Deposit
Bookings will be held and confirmed on receipt of a deposit by Adventure South or your booking agent.
- 500 NZD per trip/$400 AUD per trip for New Zealand adventures
- 300 USD per trip for Vietnam adventures
- 30,000 JPY per trip for Japan adventures
STEP 4
Receive your Pre Trip Information Pack
Following confirmation of your booking, we will email your pre trip information pack including trip notes, accommodation provider details, general NZ information and other necessary information relating to your trip.
