Before you make your booking, please check the availability of your trip by contacting us, or your nearest World Expeditions office, using the details below.
To make a booking please complete our online booking form by clicking at the top right hand side of the page. When you hit the submit button you'll be taken to the secure server where you will enter your credit card details and confirm payment of your deposit. Please note: this is real time processing and your card will be debited at the time of booking.
If you would prefer not to enter your credit card details over the internet you can download the relevant Booking Form provided below, and return the completed version via fax or email using the contact details provided.
In the unlikely event that we are unable guarantee the departure of your chosen trip, we will process a full refund of your deposit back to your nominated credit card.
Once we have received your booking form we'll respond via email within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) to confirm receipt of it.
STEP 3: Complete your Booking with deposit
Bookings will be held and then confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
500 NZD per trip/$400 AUD per trip for New Zealand adventures
300 NZD per trip/$250 AUD per trip for Otago Rail Trail, Otago Rail Trail Explorer, Alps to Ocean Cycle, Motu Trail, Nelson Trails & Molesworth cycle tours
500 NZD per trip for Vietnam & Japan adventures
STEP 4: Receive your pre trip information
Following confirmation of your booking, we will email you your pre trip information pack including detailed trip notes, accommodation details, equipment and clothing list, general New Zealand information as well as a map of New Zealand.
