All prices for international tours are in the currency specified and
are valid until April 30, and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax.

Bookings will be confirmed and held on receipt of a deposit by Adventure South or your booking agent.
The deposit per trip is $NZ 500 (for Vietnam and Japan trips) or $NZ 300 (for the Victoria trip)
If you are joining more than one trip, the deposit is multiplied by the number of trips, therefore the deposit is 2 x $NZ 500 (for Vietnam and Japan trips) per person.
Payment in full must be received 60 days prior to departure.

Methods of Payment: We accept Visa and Mastercard or cash, cheque and money order (note – a surcharge is applicable on balance payments made by credit card).

Clients are urged to take out the necessary travel insurance to guard against the unexpected. If, at any stage, you experience unexpected changes to your schedule, please call and discuss these matters, either with your booking agent, or alternatively, contact us directly.
Single supplement accommodation is available at some lodges, however, the trips are organised and priced on a twin share basis.
